Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a payment for Vaishali Education / Vaishali Educational Welfare Trust admission guidance, registration, counselling or related support may be cancelled or refunded.
Please confirm the service, student details and amount before payment. A cancellation request should be made on the same calendar day as the payment and before the requested service or processing has started.
1. How to Request Cancellation
Contact us on the same calendar day by calling +91 8409971658 or emailing [email protected]. Include the student's name, registered mobile number, payment date, amount, gateway transaction ID and reason for the request.
2. Requests We Will Review
- A duplicate payment for the same student and service.
- An amount debited even though the gateway reports the transaction as failed, after gateway reconciliation.
- A same-day cancellation submitted before counselling, registration, document or application processing begins.
- A service Vaishali Education confirms it cannot provide.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- The requested counselling, registration, document review, application or other support has already started or been delivered.
- The student provides incorrect, incomplete, false or late information or documents.
- Admission, scholarship, education loan, examination or another third-party decision is declined or delayed.
- A third-party institution, university, board, council, government portal or payment provider charges a non-refundable fee.
- The request is made outside the same-day cancellation period, unless required by applicable law or approved as an exception in writing.
4. Review and Approval
Each request is checked against the payment record and work already completed. Submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund. We may ask for a receipt, bank debit proof or additional information needed for verification.
5. Approved Refund Timeline
When a refund is approved in writing, it will be sent to the original payment method. Under the current policy, the credit may take 60 to 90 days after approval, subject to payment gateway and bank processing. Vaishali Education cannot send a refund to an unrelated bank account, card or UPI ID.
6. Failed or Pending Payments
If money is debited but the payment status is failed or pending, first allow the gateway and bank to complete reconciliation. Automatic reversals are controlled by the payment provider or bank. Share the transaction reference with our support team if the amount is not reversed.
