These terms apply when you access vaishalieducation.com or request admission guidance, counselling, registration, document support or another service from Vaishali Education / Vaishali Educational Welfare Trust.
1. Our Services
We provide education and admission-related information, counselling and process support. Course, institution, approval, eligibility, seat, fee, scholarship and admission information may change. Final eligibility and admission decisions remain with the applicable institution, university, board, council or government authority.
2. Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, academic, identity and payment information. You must not submit another person's information without permission. A parent or lawful guardian should act for a minor student where required.
3. Fees and Payments
- The service, purpose and amount should be confirmed before payment.
- Online payments are processed by an authorized third-party payment gateway. Vaishali Education does not collect or store card PINs, UPI PINs or internet-banking passwords.
- A successful gateway response or official receipt is required before a payment is treated as confirmed.
- Duplicate, failed or disputed transactions will be reviewed using the gateway transaction reference.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation eligibility, non-refundable situations, request procedure and processing timelines are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read that policy before making a payment.
5. Student Responsibilities
- Verify the final institution, course, recognition, fee and admission terms before confirmation.
- Submit genuine documents within the required time.
- Keep login details, OTPs and payment credentials confidential.
- Use this website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse its systems or content.
6. No Admission Guarantee
Guidance or assistance does not guarantee admission, approval, scholarship, loan sanction, examination result or employment. Outcomes depend on eligibility, document verification, availability and decisions made by the relevant authority.
7. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful and current, but third-party schedules, rules and fees can change without notice. Users should verify time-sensitive information with the official authority before acting.
8. Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, layouts, graphics and original materials may not be copied, republished or commercially reused without written permission, except where applicable law permits it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vaishali Education is not responsible for indirect loss caused by third-party portals, institutions, payment networks, inaccurate user submissions or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
